We have divided our volunteer positions into three categories:

• Specialist Team
  You're a specialist who wants to contribute a specific skill or area of expertise to our volunteer team. You'll work behind the scenes with staff members on projects involving marketing, grants research, website development, digitization, writing, historical research, carpentry, sewing, photography or other professional, skills-based activities.
• People Team
  You're the face of MNHS! You enjoy interacting with people and have great customer service skills. You may use your people talents as a museum greeter, History Hijinx craft facilitator, baking lab volunteer, survey assistant, library registration desk assistant or other positions focused on serving the museum's visitors.
• Project Team
  You want to help out where you are most needed. You'll play a core service role on one-time or short-term projects, such as events, craft prep work, office work, data entry, digitization, and mailings.
