The goals of the Collections Department are to collect and preserve; provide access and interpretation; and engage in education and outreach. Is it too early to think about holiday cookies? Never!
This is a cookie can housed Carlsbad Oblaten cookies, used between 1960-70.
An oblaten is a crispy, delicate dessert wafer historically known as Czech dessert. The Carlsbad Oblaten company was founded around 1949  in Minneapolis.
