Teachers

As a teacher, you seek opportunities for your students that will expand their boundaries and equip them with the skills and resources necessary for success beyond the classroom.

Whether you work in a public or private school, teach middle or high school, homeschool or an out-of-classroom educator, History Day uses a model of instruction that can be adapted to any classroom setting or learning need.

History Day is an inter-disciplinary historical research project that allows students to dig deep into history and broaden their personal and academic skills. The project also fulfills state Social Studies and English/Language Arts standards (PDF). As you move forward in your History Day process, be sure to bookmark this page as your hub for help, FAQs, and other important information.
